Born and raised in Poland to a family of real estate owners and developers’. Her passion is building sustainable and well-made real estate projects. In 2001 moved to New York to continue her studies in Molecular Biology and in 2015 graduated from Montclair State University with a BS in Science major in Molecular Biology and minor in biochemistry. Over the years Eva has built a portfolio of properties in Europe, the Caribbean and US. The passion for bringing well-made products to US various construction sites led to creation of European Construction Material. AS of 2012 the company has been concentrating on bringing high quality aluminum and steel fenestration products to various construction sites in the USA and Caribbean. European Construction Materials focuses on B2B business or direct sales and design of mid-size to large construction projects such as hotels, hospitals, airports, high rise apartment buildings or old historic buildings. Part of our focus is helping local US based manufacturers import European systems to the US. We assist with organizing proper training along with manufacturing plant design and machinery purchase. Client satisfaction is Eva’s top priority.

With 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, Shaun has worked across Canada and the Caribbean Islands. He began his career as a glazier and progressed to project superintendent before relocating to the Caribbean, where he managed installations for large villas, hotels, and commercial projects. Today, Shaun is a key asset to our Caribbean and U.S. markets.
His company, Atlantis Built Consulting, handles product specifications, sales, installation management, turnover, as well as pre and post-installation inspections for our extensive product line.

With a specialized focus on luxury home construction as well as Manhattan Skyscrapers, I bring in-depth knowledge of modern, efficient building techniques that meet the growing demand for sustainable and affordable housing. I work closely with clients to understand their needs, guide them through design and customization options, and deliver turnkey solutions that exceed expectations. My experience spans every stage of the sales cycle—from initial consultation and pricing to final delivery and setup coordination. By combining technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills, I help streamline the building and construction process while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction at every step. My expertise includes negotiating contracts, understanding technical specifications, and coordinating closely with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
